PURPOSE:To improve vacuum printing workability, durability of a printing frame and perform sharp printing by containing the printing frame mounted with a flexible material having deaeratable communicating grooves in a plate frame for screen printing coated with a photosensitive emultion. CONSTITUTION:A printing frame 12 mounted with a flexible material 11 which has an-opening part 8 connected to a vacuum pump, is provided with deaeratable communicating grooves 10 and is set with a packing 9 for vacuum retaining on the outside circumferential edge is prepared. This frame 12 is contained in a plate material 6 for screen printing placed via a positive film 5 on a glass 13 surface and is deaerated. After a screen 6 and a positive film 5 are placed in close contact with each other in a uniform vacuum state in such a way, light is irradiated from the glass plate 13 side, whereby printing is accomplished. The sharp printing is accomplished with good durability and contact printing workability with the printing frame simpler and smaller than conventional ones. |
