PURPOSE:To realize the data transmission of 1:N stations with a simple communication procedure, by limiting types of cotrol codes with a binary data transmission as a man and using the control codes predetermined for the switching of correspondence with each station. CONSTITUTION:A master station 2 sequentially transmits a break character BRK, a transmitted address RAD, a transmission source station address TAD, and control codes CC1 and CC2. On the other hand, slave stations 3-1-3-n are reset through the reception of the character BRK. The coincidence with the address of station itself is detected at the slave station 3-1 by the reception of the transmitted station address RAD. The slave station 3-1 knows the station to transmit the reply with the address TAD and also knows the polling with the control code CC2. In write-in mode, the master station 2 selects one of the slave stations 3-1-3-n, the data of a host device 1 is transmitted by the designated number and at readout mode, the master station 2 reads out the data of the slave stations 3-1-3-n. |
