PURPOSE:To improve the operability, by storing the numerical value of a control parometer in a data table when the numerical value is set to one of arithmetic units and then extracting the same numerical value of the control parameter to other arithmetic units from the data table. CONSTITUTION:A data table Ta is previously provided for all items of parameter. Then the parameter value (such as the upper limit alarm set value PH) is supplied from an input device like a keyboard, etc. for a certain arithmetic unit (such as PTN1). This value is stored into the corresponding address of the table Ta to be supplied also to each of the arithmetic units (PTN2, PTN3) that use the same parameter. Accordingly other arithmetic units using the same parameter can be displayed through a CRT, etc. |
