In a wall-known method that is reinforcing the rock by inserting a rock bolt into a drilled hole of the rock and filling a surrounding empty space of the rock bolt with a grout material, this rock bolt construction method has a character of stuffing the bottom of said drilled hole with a sticking material hardened rapidly and sticking the front end part of said rock bolt to said sticking material, thereafter doing grouting work that is well-known.
