摘要 PURPOSE:To increase durability and minimize the influence of the temperature change without using a soft diaphragm, by a construction wherein an incompressible fluid is enclosed in between a diaphragm to be measured and a partition membrane, and in a body to constitute a double chamber structure. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 12 to be measured is attached to a part of the surface of a body 11 and pressure induced in the body 11 is applied to the surface on this diaphragm 12 side. A partition membrane 24 is installed in such a way that it faces the other surface of the diaphragm 12. Then incompressible fluids 18, 17 are enclosed in between the diaphragm 12 and the partition membrane 24, and in said body 11, so that a double chamber construction is provided. The volume of these two chambers 15, 25 is roughly made equal with each other. A force beam 18 is introduced in the body 11, while the force beam 18 and the diaphragm 12 are connected to each other. The force received by the diaphragm 12 is transmitted to the force beam 18 and the force balancing itself with the above force is applied to the force beam 18 from a transmitter 22. A signal corresponding to the balanced force is transmitted from the transmitter 22.
