PURPOSE:To enable to perform a clear batch indication in a natural indication manner, by a method wherein various types of functions are indicated in a batch by a dot matrix indication minutely divided into more than a given number of longitudinal and transverse directions. CONSTITUTION:Information from a time counter 2 for hour, minute, and second, a data counter 3 for year and data, first and second alarm counters 11 and 12, a stop watch counter 13, a symbol generator 16 and the like are applied to a character generator 17 via selectors 14 and 15. A minute division dot matrix indication part, having a given number of lines and rows, in which an indicator 20 is divided in at least 10 longitudinal directions and at least 20 transverse directions via longitudinal direction and transverse direction driver circuits 18 and 19, is driven. Thus, a time, year, and data, an alarm time, a stop watch time and the like are clearly indicated in a batch at every step in a smooth and natural indication manner by means of the minute division dot matrix. |
