PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to elevate the assembling accuracy, by joining a lead pin to a tightly sealed terminal substrate mainly consisting of aluminum, through a bush made of plastic. CONSTITUTION:A lead pin 13 is joined to a tightly sealed terminal substrate 12 which serves both for supporting a quartz bar 5 and coupling with a sealing tube 14, through a bush 15 made of plastic, by means of ultrasonic bonding or thermal press- fixing. As for the tightly sealed terminal substrate 12, its insulating property is raised, its coefficient of surface friction is reduced and its shock resisting property is elevated by executing alumite treatment to a material mainly consisting of aluminum, and also impregnating ''Teflon '', etc. Moreover, the tightly sealed terminal substrate 12 mainly consists of aluminum and serves both for supporting the quartz bar 5 and coupling with the sealing tube 14, therefore, the structure of a quartz oscillator is simplified, and also its outside diameter is made small and its thickness is made thin. |
