发明名称 INSTALLATION POUR LE CONTROLE DE DEBIT DE QUANTITES DOSEES DE FLUIDE NOTAMMENT DANS DES CONDUITES D'ALIMENTATION DE LUBRIFIANT
摘要 A device for passing metered lubricant quantities in lubricant supply pipelines using a spherical closure body which, as a return-flow protection valve in the arrangement, can be closed, against the influence of a spring, by the flowing medium. The device is a two-piece compact structural body whose upper body element (1) and lower body element (2) each contain a pipe connection threaded hole which is open. A printed-circuit board (3) is enclosed between flat seals (4) and is equipped with two conductor tracks whose narrow conductor track ends are electrical switching-contact surfaces (10; 11) which are opposite one another at the ends and extend to a hole (6), and whose other conductor track ends are electrical connecting surfaces (12; 13). A sphere (5) which is subject to the influence of a compression spring (7) has a spherical ring seat which rests on the hole (6) and closes said hole (6) to prevent return flow. At the same time, the sphere (5) makes contact with the electrical switching-contact surfaces (10; 11) and a quiescent current flows from outside, triggering signals or holding relay contacts. When a lubricant quantity flows, even a small quantity, the sphere (5) lifts, thus interrupting the contact. The transmission of the signal is interrupted or is triggered for the first time, governed by a relay, as a flow control. The invention is distinguished by a simple overall design with good functional reliability and use in any installation position, specifically comprising a flow control device which is simple to handle and is suitable for rugged use. <IMAGE>
