CONSTITUTION:A microorganism belonging to the genus ''Rhodotorula'', capable of producing coenzyme Q10, having reduced carotinoid forming ability, or its deficiency variant, e.g., ''Rhodotorula graminis'' DK-359-217-54 (FERM-P5671) is inoculated into a nutritive medium, and subjected to aerated cultivation with stirring, and coenzyme Q10 is collected from the formed mold.</p> |
