PURPOSE:To equalizing a distribution of intensity of illumination, and to prevent generation of uneven density of a picture, by providing a light screening part on a reflector for covering plural light sources which have been placed lineary, and controlling the intensity of illumination of an irradiated light beam, at a corresponding point of an original corresponding to the center point of the light source. CONSTITUTION:Plural linearly placed lamps 2... are covered by a reflector 1 which is equipped with a reflection surface of a circular arc part 6 centering around the lamp 2, and a curved part 7, and an original 12 is slit-exposed by reflected rays by a reflector 8 and the parts 6, 7. In this part 6, a light screening part 13 consisting of a light absorbing material is provided at a position for forming two reflection parts I to a corresponding point A of the original 12 corresponding to the center part D of the lamps 2... formed between the adjacent lamps 2, 2. In this way, the intensity of illumination of the corresponding point A is reduced by a prescribed extent, the distribution of intensity of illumination of the scanning exposure light beam of the original 12 is equalized, and a picture having little uneven density is formed. |
