PURPOSE:To remove the loss of a material, and to improve the quality of a shape by mounting an exhaust pipe into a feed passage for the material and sucking and discharging a decomposed gas in a plasticizing device by means of a jet pump using compressed air. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust pipe 21 with suction ports 24 is mounted into the feed passage for the material reaching a screw in a heating cylinder 12 from a hopper 4, and an injection nozzle 26 of the jet pump is disposed in the vicinity of an exhaust port 29 of said exhaust pipe 21. When compressed air is supplied into the injection nozzle 26 from an air hose 23, the exhaust port 29 section is brought to negative pressure, and the resin decomposed gas in the plasticizing device is sucked and discharge from a discharge port 27. When exchanging dies, resin remaining in the device is pyrolyzed, and the decomposed gas is apt to be adsorbed to the remaining resin. When using the discharger, however, said decomposed gas can be discharged effectively, and an injection molding product, which contains no decomposed gas and has excellent quality, is obtained. |
