<p>Compsns. contain as active component a cpd. of formula: (where R is an org. gp. (1-4C); Z is O or S; X, X1 = Cl, Br); 5-40% of the wt. of organophosphorus of an anhydrous artificial silica with specific surface area of 100-500 m2/g. and a primary particle size of 1-100 nm; 2-50% of the wt. of silica of a cationic additive being a nitrogenous org. base, an acid-addn. or quat. ammonium salt of the base, or an amide of an org. acid; and a substantially anhydrous paste carrier in which the organophosphorus/carrier ratio is 0.2 to 3/1. Prefd. active cpd. is dichlorous. Stabilisers such as styrenes, epoxides, metallic salts of carboxylic and amino acids, azo cpds. or phenols may be included.</p> |
