PURPOSE:To permit instantaneous identification of in which area of the world a selected city exists by displaying a world map on a dot matrix display body, and locating the selected city in the center of the display body. CONSTITUTION:When London of a city register is selected, an abbreviated name LON of the city name is displayed on the lower left of a display body. London time is displayed PM9:20 in the upper stage, and the world map where Lodon locates in the center of the dot matrix display body is displayed. When an another city is selected, the city name and the time of that city are similarly displayed, and the world map shifts to the right or left until the selected city appears at the center of the display body. |
