The fastening unit is composed of a first clamp (14), by means of which a fastening (10) is fixedly clamped, and of a second clamp (14') which can be clamped on a stationary part. The second clamp is connected to the first clamp via a tubular connecting part (19) such that the two clamps can be pivoted with respect to each other about an axis located essentially perpendicularly on the axial direction of each clamp. The clamps are connected to each other by a screw-bolt/nut arrangement (22, 23, 24), the screw-bolt extending through the tubular part.
