PURPOSE:To decide an operation output by a PID control which makes a deviation value a variable in case when its deviation is above a prescribed value, and by a PID control which differentiates its deviation value and makes its differential value a variable in case when its deviation is below a prescribed value, and to control it in accordance with a degree of deviation. CONSTITUTION:The first control part 9 decides an operation output by a PID control which makes a deviation value a variable in case when a deviation value of a command and a controlled variable is above a prescribed value. The second control part 10 decides an operation output by a PID control which differentiates a deviation value being below a prescribed value, by a differentiating circuit 11, and makes it a variable, in case when the deviation value is below a prescribed value. A switch 13 is changed over to the control part 9 when the deviation is above a prescribed value, and is changed over to the control part 10 when it is below a prescribed value. |
