<p>The rotary-piston engine has a rotor supported in a casing. This (3) has an eccentric cylindrical bore in which runs a circular-disc rotary piston (6). This disc embodies an elongated hole (7) with rounded ends housing a cylinder (12) of piston length and hole-width dia. meter, fastened to one casing endplate. The cylinder has an eccentric gudgeon (13) guided free to slide in a recess (9) with its axis perpendicular to that of the elongated hole (7), in a plate (8) fastened to the piston. This plate seals one end of the hole, the casing endplate the other. The cylinder (12) is eccentric to the rotor (3).</p> |
