PURPOSE:Not to be influenced by an error factor without requiring a status signal, by comparing an output of an A/D converter with an output of an integral register, and varying the selection of an output depending on whether its difference is larger or smaller than a set value. CONSTITUTION:In a manual operation state MAN that the M side of a status switching key SK has been pushed, a difference between an output Fd of a digital converter A/D and an output P of an integral register IR is larger than a set value epsilongamma, a selector SL selects Fd and provides it to IR. Accordingly, an output MV1 of a controller 1 is tracking MV2 by a difference of DELTAP. Subsequently, in an automatic operation state AUT that the A side of the SK has been pushed, a difference between an output Fd of A/D and an output P of IR is smaller than epsilongamma, the SL selects P, and provides it to IR. Accordingly, IR executes an operation of DELTAP+P and operates stably without being influenced by an error factor. |
