PURPOSE:To detect the polarization electric potential by removing various kinds of noises induced in a packaging apparatus, by providing a filtering apparatus damping the noise of a specific frequency components from the signal of polarization electric potential. CONSTITUTION:A pulse power source 11 of a constant quantity of electricity is connected with a counter electrode 3 and a sample metallic piece 1. This power source 11 is composed of a direct current constant voltage power source 6, a capacitor 5 and a relay 7, and electric charge charged in the capacitor 5 is instantaneously supplied to the piece 1. The surface polarization electric potential of the piece 1 is detected with a reference electrode 2 as the standard and is inputted into a buffer amplifier 12. A filter apparatus 13 such as a low-pass filter or notch filter, is connected with the amplifier 12. The objective noise of specific frequency component to be damped by the apparatus 13 is the one mixing the data of time curve i.e. polarization value-time of potential difference signal recorded on a potential difference recorder 8 at and after an early stage part. |
