PURPOSE:To grasp securely an individual loop of a spiral coil coming out of a loop former not to lap each other and reduce fluctuation of strength by holding the spiral coil in perpendicular or inclined state from its outside, carrying it continuously and cooling forcibly. CONSTITUTION:An individual loop of the spiral coil 13 coming out of the loop former 12 is grasped securely by the side and bottom screw conveyers 21, 22 and carried with their rotation. The coil 13 is transferred to the chain conveyers 33, 37 which are overlapped partly on the conveyers 21, 22, carried successively in inclined state and cooled adjustably by air blast from the draft duct 42. The coil 13 passing through the conveyers 33, 37 is laid down on the roller conveyer 43, carried in unconcentric circles like state to the stacking device 44 and bound. |
