PURPOSE:To apply simultaneity to the flaw detection signals of a differential system and an absolute system by providing two pieces of coils of the differential system and an another coil provided with a metallic ring on the outside and connecting the coils of the differential system and the other coil thereby providing a detection coil of the absolute system. CONSTITUTION:Coils 2, 3 are connected to a flaw detector 10, and output the results of flaw detection of a differential system. Coils 27 and 3 are connected to a flaw detector 11 and try to output the results of flaw detection of the differential system but a metallic ring 28 is mounted on the outside of the coil 27, and the magnetic field generated by the coil 27 attenuates and does not arrive at an object 6 to be inspected. Hence, the coil 27 does not detect the defects of the object 6 at all, and only the coil 3 receives the same. The flaw detector 11 processes the signals of the impedance change by the defects or the like of the object 6 and outputs the absolute value. In this way, for the output signal on the recording paper 19 of a recorder 12, the signal waveforms 35, 37 of a differential system signal 33 and the signal waveforms 36, 38 of an absolute system signal 34 generate exactly at the same time. |
