A dyeing machine of the jigger type is adapted for pressurised operation. The machine comprises a tub 1 above which are located rollers 2, 3 for feeding and taking up the fabric piece, causing it to pass through the dyeing bath and between spraying nozzles. The tub 1 is mounted with one end fixed to a bottom structure 8 to which are coupled members such as a pump, motor, filter and the like. An envelope 9 is provided covering the tube 1 and sliding with respect thereto on outer and inner guides and wheels 10, 11 and 15, 16 respectively.
