PURPOSE:To decide the exposure value in a simple and accurate way, by simultaneously displaying both the spot photometric value and the exposure value to be executed and at the same time displaying the relation between the exposure value and the spot photometric value after the exposure value is changed. CONSTITUTION:When a camera is turned to a subject, the data of the average photometry and the spot photometry to the subject are supplied to latches 23 and 24, respectively. The data of the average photometry at the latch 23 is displayed at a display circuit 43 and in the form of a proper shutter speed. As latches 25 and 26 are not latched yet, a spot photometric data of the latch 24 is displayed at a difference display part 46. Then a storage switch 58 is closed for a short time, and thus the data of a latch 31 is fixed at a counter 33. The latch 25 is latched when the switch 58 is operated again, and the latch 26 is latched when the switch 58 is further operated. In such constitution, the two spot photometric values are stored for the brightest part and the darkest part within the photographing scence, for instance. Thus the exposure value can be decided in a simple and accurate way. |
