PURPOSE:To prevent a four-cycle engine from excessively rotating or improve the output of a two-cycle engine in its rapid rotation, by accurately controlling the time of ignition at high rotational frequency. CONSTITUTION:The output of a pulser coil 1 is shaped by a flip-flop 4 and then supplied to two triangular wave generation circuits to attain a characteristic shown at (a) in the drawing. Since a capacitor 2 is connected to the pulser coil 1, delay by the time of charging is caused. For that reason, the angle of ignition is delayed as the speed of revolution rises. This results in preventing the excessive rotation of a four-cycle engine or improving the output of a two-cycle engine in its rapid rotation. |
