<p>A dust extracting device, for removing dust which is generated when drilling a hole, especially in masonry, comprises a plastics cup 1 for placing against the surface 11 over the point to be drilled, the cup having an aperture in its base through which the drill bit 12 is inserted to drill the hole, and a length of tubing 6 leading from the cup and connectable at its other end to a vacuum cleaner suction inlet to remove the dust by suction as the hole is drilled. <IMAGE></p> |
