PURPOSE:To obtain a moving coil for actuator suitable for mass production and being possible to be driven with a low voltage by a method wherein plural conductive patterns are formed on a flexible resin film placing the electrically insulating distance with each other, and after both end parts thereof are connected in parallel with electrodes, the film is formed in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:The plural lines of conductor patterns 10 of copper foil, etc., are formed nearly in parallel placing respectively the electrically insulating distance on the surface of the resin film 9 having heat resistance and sufficient flexibility. At this time, formation of the patterns 10 is performed by printing or etching, and breadth of the patterns is changed according to the place as occasion demands. Then both the end parts 11, 12 of the patterns 10 are connected in parallel with the lines broader than the patterns 10 to form the electrode parts. The film 9 is wound next in a cylindrical shape having the prescribed diameter to make the moving coil for linear actuator. Accordingly because electric resistance is reduced by forming the patterns 10 in parallel, driving with a low voltage becomes as possible and producibility can be enhanced. |
