PURPOSE:To achieve excellent physical appearance and to prevent uneven coating and to restrict amount of coating, by reducing thr dry time remarkably, by coupling a mounting base and element and elements themselves with an electric use-liquid type urethanesystem adhesives. CONSTITUTION:On a speaker use network element fixing mounting base 4, a network element 3 is assembled to constitute a network element assembly 5. In case of dipping system, the element 3 is located downward and the assembly 5 is immersed in an electric use-liquid type urethane system adhesives 2 in a vessel 1 quietly and lifted up. In case of shower delivery system, the element 3 is placed upward and the electric use-liquid type urethane sysrem adhesives from a nozzle via an adhesives pressure tank is painted to the assembly 5. The assembly 5 after coating the adhesives is in natural drying on a horizontal plane by taking the element 3 upward, and the surface is dried in 15 minutes or the like with finger touch and it can be moved to the next process. |
