PURPOSE:To make the device in a small size and to increase the reliability, by providing an optical information read-in section, resistance heater, and resistance heater control section on the same board with lamination process for incorporation. CONSTITUTION:A thin film diode 2 as optical information read-in section, resistance heater 3, and thin film transistor 4 as resistance heater control section are provided on the same board 1. A common electrode 5a is provided between the thin film photo diode 2 and the heater 3. A connection electrode 5c is provided at an opposite side to the common electrode 5a of the diode 2 and a connection electrode 5d is provided at an opposite side to the common electrode 5b of the transistor 4. |
