CONSTITUTION:The surface of a bag 1 formed by bonding sheet parts 2 and 3 each made of a base layer 4 is covered with a conductive coating layer 5. This coating layer uses a conductive metal or its compound and is formed to 50-2,000 Angstrom thickness to obtain <=10<8>OMEGAcm electric resistance. |
