PURPOSE:To realize the formation of an IC on a chip, by constituting a D/A converter by means of a D type FF of I<2>L structure plus the bipolar technique. CONSTITUTION:When no reset signal RESET is applied to a reset terminal, the output Q' of D type FFDF1-4 is set at logic H level respectively. Thus transistors TRQ10-Q13 conduct, and accordingly TRQ14-Q17 conduct with TRQ1-Q4 cut off respectively. Thus the potential of an output terminal V0 is set at the reference level VS. With application of a clock pulse CLOCK after a reset signal, the output Q' of the FFDF1 is set at logic L level. Thus the TRQ10 and Q14 are cut off. As a result, the current I flows to a feedback resistance Rf(resistance value rf) and the output of I.rf+VS is delivered to the output. With application of another clock pulse, the output Q' of the FFDF2 is set at logic L level to obtain the voltage of 2' X I.Rf+VS at the output. In such way, the analog voltage V0 is obtained at the output with application of the pulse number expressed in the binary notation. |
