PURPOSE:To reduce number of attendants required for making shipping notes and, moreover, to store the contents of the notes in a memory and to reissue easily the same note, by issuing shipping notes based on the combination No. of a punching card which is surely input into an operation board. CONSTITUTION:An operation board 5 of a delivery note issuing system is connected to a punching plant 19 and delivery note issuing equipment 27, and the operating board 5 receives punched cards 4 and data from the operation side. The operation board, then, delivers a controlling signal 7 to the plant 19 and receives a weighed value signal 9 from the plant 19. Moreover, the operation board 5 delivers the weighed value signal 9 and signals 28 which indicate the combination No. and delivered amount of the material, to the issuing equipment 27, and receives a permitting signal 29 which permits weighing the material. Then, the issuing equipment 27 issues a delivery note or records the delivery of the material based on the weight value signal 9 and the signal 28 which indicates the combination No. and delivered amount and by operating a note issuing printer 31 and a recording printer 32. Thus number of attendants required for making notes is reduced. |
