PURPOSE:To reliably perform a washing operation and reduce the time needed therefor, by a method wherein a motor is divided into a motor frame and an armature, which are mounted on respective trucks, and while being reciprocated, they are washed by means of the washing liquid jetted out from nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A main-motor frame washing apparatus 16 and an armature washing apparatus 17 are provided so as to sandwich a tank 15 for a special solution for washing. The main-motor frame washing apparatus 16 is provided with a washing chamber 18, a rail 21 laid from the inside of said washing chamber to the outside, and a truck 24, and the washing chamber 18 is provided therein with nozzles, inner- surface brushes 39 and front-surface brushes. On the other hand, the armature washing apparatus 17 is provided with a washing chamber 52, a rail 55 and a truck 58, and the washing chamber 52 is provided therein with nozzles 73 to jet out the special solution. Then, a main motor is divided into a motor frame 3 and an armature 6, which are mounted on the respective trucks, and they are moved into the respective washing chambers to wash by means of the special solution jetted out from the nozzles and by means of the brushes. |
