PURPOSE:To increase the assembling workability, at the same time to prevent the characteristic deterioration, by fixing a core and a core holder with the spot welding using the laser. CONSTITUTION:A core 2 is stored in a hollow 13 of a core holder 1. The end faces of rising parts 22 and 23 across the core 2 are set at the same level as the upper faces of projected walls 11 and 12 of the holder 1. At the same time, the part 22 is protruded beyond the holder 1 by a prescribed measurement. A foot part 21 of the core 2 is fixed to the hollow 13 with the spot welding using the laser, and figures 51, 52, 53 and 54 in the diagram indicate the points of fixture respectively. The holder 1 form a magnetic circuit along with another core holder having the same constitution and a butted core 2. Then the holder and the magnetic circuit are fixed into a body by the spot welding using the laser, and 61, 62, 63 and 64 indicate the points of fixture respectively. As no adhesive is used at all, no evil effect of adhesive to the magnetic circuit is caused to prevent the characteristic deterioration. |
