PURPOSE:To enhance printing quality by improving dot reproducibility, by containing a compound containing at least one or more groups having a hindered amine structure in a primary coat layer based on pigment and a binder. CONSTITUTION:A compound having a hindered amine structure is represented by formula I (wherein R1 is hydrogen, an 8 or less C alkyl group or an alkylene group (polymethylene group) and R2 is an 8 or less C alkyl group and pref. a methyl group). This compound is used alone or as a combination of two or more kinds and the addition amount thereof is set to 1-20wt.% of the pigment of a primary coat layer. As the pigment of the primary coat layer, any one of general org. or inorg. pigments can be used. As a binder, a water-soluble polymer and a water-insoluble binder are used alone or a mixture of two or more kinds of them and the use amount thereof is set to 3-100wt.% of the pigment. Further, wax, a discoloration inhibitor and a surfactant may be further added to the primary coat layer. |
