摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a vertical magnetizing recording medium having an improved degree of crystal orientation for the vertical magnetized film, by selecting a magnetic material which is put between the vertical magnetized film and a support stage. CONSTITUTION:A sendust magnetic alloy film (Fe-Al-Si) is formed on a support stage 8 as a high-permeability magnetic material layer 9 with use of the sputtering process. Then a Co-Cr alloy film is formed on the layer 9 as a vertical magnetized film 10 with the sputtering process.
