PURPOSE:To enable to feed a predetermined minimum amount of required water to the plate cylinder by simple adjustment in a stable state by rotating the dampening roller oppositely contacting to the plate cylinder and the transfer roller oppositely contacting to the dampening roller and making the rotating direction of their oppositely contacting surface reverse each other. CONSTITUTION:Contact pressure between the dampening roller 18 and the transfer roller 5 is adjusted by rotating the adjust nut 23 and the contact pressure between the fountain roller 35 and the transfer roller 5 is adjusted by rotating the roller support axis 27. Further, by rotating the adjust nuts 32 on right and left side independently the fountain roller levers 13 are rotated independently, the axis of the fountain roller 35 is moved and twisted against the axis of the transfer roller 5 and the contact pressure between both rollers 35, 5 is varied along the axis direction. On commencement of printing the roller 18 is contacted oppositely to the roller 5 by extension of an air cylinder 25 and the roller 18 is oppositely contacted to the plate cylinder 2 by rotating the levers 17, 12 unitedly. Contact pressure of the dampening roller 18 is regulated by the position of the adjust screw 16. |
