PURPOSE:To make a moving part return to an initial position stably by applying initial position return control which controls the time up to a position close to the initial position to the moving part and then driving a servomotor by a speed standard signal. CONSTITUTION:During the period in which a moving part 1 moves from the start of return operation to a position close to the initial position, an output signal from a sensor amlifier 17 is fed to a servo amplifier 19 through a phase correction circuit 18 and a switch 13 and, after amplified, fed to a servomotor 8. The servomotor 8 rotates so as to make the moving part move to the direcrion of the initial position to shift the moving part to the initial position. After the moving part 1 has reached to a previously set position close to the initial position, the servomotor 8 is controlled by a speed standard signal corresponding to the count value of an address counter 21, making the moving part return to the initial position stably. |
