PURPOSE:To improve reliabilities of the whole equipment, by backing up the write pen by performing backing up on the keyboard input, when the write pen is in trouble. CONSTITUTION:When a necessary write pen mark 9 is depressed with a write pen 3 by setting the opened condition of an input mode changeover switch 6 to the write pen mode, an input controlling section 5 converts input signals from the mark 9 into row numbers, and outputs the row numbers to a processing section 7. The processing section 7 performs row selection processings. When the pen 3 is in trouble, a switch 6 is closed. In this way, a generating section 2 inputs substitute characters from a keyboard 4 instead of the mark 9, and a controlling section 5 converts this input into row numbers and outputs them to the processing section 7. Then, the processing section 7 executes row selection processing as in the case of the pen 3. |
