<p>PURPOSE:To attenuate the transient vibration which is caused by the intermittent driving, by detecting the shift of the web behavior to the reference state and then calculating and delivering the energizing signal that controls a take-up motor so as to attenuate only the specific frequency component. CONSTITUTION:A web 1 is taken up to a take-up frame 3 from a supply frame 4 through an information exchange station 2 like a magnetic head, etc. The behavior of the web 1 such as the speed, acceleration, tension, etc. is detected by sensors 9 and 10. Then the shift of the web behavior to the reference state is calculated by an adder 11, and this output is turned into the energizing signal that controls a take-up motor 5 to give the attenuation to the specific frequency component on the frame 3. The energizing signal is weighted at an operator 12 and applied to a motor driver 7. A position feedback signal 8a which is applied to a control circuit 6 from a speed position detector 8 is used for an input of the adder 11 via a coefficient device to save the number of sensors 9 and 10.</p> |
