摘要 PURPOSE:To measure a radiation temperature, by taking out signals having wavelength of 2 kinds from radiation energy, forming a circuit in which terminal voltage of capacitance of a time constant circuit repeats charge and discharge between the voltage of both signals, and measuring the frequency of charge and discharge. CONSTITUTION:Radiation energy of an object to be measured 1 is condensed by a lens 2, is converted to an electric signal by a detector 3, then separated by a signal separator 4, and one is made a signal EC through an amplifier 5 and the other is made a signal E0. A switch S1 is turned off, a switch S2 is turned on, voltage E0 which has charged a capacitor C in advance is discharged through a resistance R, and when it becomes lower than EC, a pulse generator 8 generates a pulse through a comparator 6, and during said pulse width, the S1 is turned on, the S2 is turned off, the capacitor C is charged up to E0, and charge and discharge are repeated. For instance, if said period is made fc, T=kRC (1/lambda1-1/lambda2) fc, (k is a constant, R and C are values of a time constant circuit, and lambda1 and lambda2 are wavelength of radiation energy, and T is a temperatue). In this way, a temperature is measured easily and exactly by measuring the frequency.
