PURPOSE:To equalize the length of a transmitted original to that of received record at any time by setting the process of a recording master to that of a recording medium and by transporting the original at the same speed. CONSTITUTION:The process of a recording master 1 from the position (a) of the recording electrode of a recording head 5 to the transfer position (b) of a transfer device 7 is set equal to that of recording paper 2 from the cutting position (c) of a cutting machine 14 to the position (b). On the formation of an electrostatic image for one transmitted original, the master 1 runs at an equal speed and when a picture signal is received, recording paper is fed to the transfer device 7 at the same speed with the master 1. Therefore, the latent-image formation start position of the master 1 and the leading edge of the recording paper 2 reach the position (b) at the same time and transfer is done. Consequently, the received record is exactly equal in length to the transmitted original. |
