<p>The Basidiomycetes belonging to the genus Coriolus of family Polyporaceae are cultivated by using a glucose-yeast extract medium with the mixed ratio of glucose to yeast extract being within a specified range to improve the yield of mycelia obtained by the cultivation.</p>
