PURPOSE:To prepare the titled dermatic medicine, having suppressed skin irritation caused by the medicine or the cosmetic components without affecting the preparation stability of the agent, by compounding pantethine to a topicum or a skin cosmetic base. CONSTITUTION:A skin topicum, a cosmetic, and other local topicum for applying to the cuticle, is compounded with pref. 1-20% of pantethine of formula. The compound of formula exhibits extremely outstanding effect as an agent for suppressing the skin irritation of a local topicum. It is extremely stable in an aqueous solution, and scarcely reactive with the drug component and other ingredients in a physicochemical sense. Accordingly, the addition of said compound enables the use of a drug component which cannot hitherto be used as a practical topicum owing to the irritation, the combined use of various drug components, and the preparation of topicum having composite activities. It also enables the free application of desired drugs even to children and women having sensible skin or to the patients sensible to irritation. |
