MANUFACTURE OF COLOR FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a color filter having excellent optical characteristics by dyeing a filter base material, having an intermediate layer, by using a specific dyeing solution. CONSTITUTION:On a glass substrate 1, a color filter base material layer having photosensitivity is formed and only a part 2 having the 1st color, after being photo- setting and developed, is dyed by using a dyeing solution meeting requirements shown by an area encircled by straight lines connecting points of pH 6.3 at 0 deg.C, pH5.0 at 50 deg.C, pH5.0 at 75 deg.C, pH2.0 at 60 deg.C, and pH2.0 at 0 deg.C in the figure. Then, this surface is convered with an organic high molecular material layer 5 consisting of >=1 kind of organic high molecular materials selected from polyglycidyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyisopropenyl ketone, polymethyl methacryl amide, polyhexafluorobutly methacrylate, and polybutene-1 sulfone.
