PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction of pump due to shaking of liquid, by supplying the liquid to a liquid bath the lower liquid level detection of the liquid bath and providing a means stopping supply of the liquid for the liquid bath by the upper liquid level detection. CONSTITUTION:A common electrode 4, an upper electrode 5, a lower electrode 6 are provided in a liquid bath 1 and output of the electodes 5, 6 is inputted to transistors (TR) 8, 9 through a liquid level detection circuit 7. The output and inversion output of the TR 8, 9 are inputted to a gate G3 connected with a lamp 19, a gate G1 connected with a set coil 16 conducting a relay switch 18 of a pump 2 and a gate G2 connected with a set coil 17 of the switch 18. When the liquid level is reached from below a lower liquid level l2 to l1, the transistors 8, 9 are turned on and the switch 18 is turned off by the coil 17 and then, the pump 2 is stopped. When the liquid level becomes below l2, the transistors 8, 9 are turned off and the switch 18 is turned on by a reset coil 16 and then, the liquid is supplied to the bath 1 by the pump 2. |
