PURPOSE:To make lightweight a diaphragm and to make easy a bonding operation, by using three-dimensional reticular porous metal as a core member for a metallic foil or plastic sheet as the surface member, and bonding them with a foamable bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A surface member 11 consisting of a three-dimensional reticular porous metal 4 and metallic foil or synthetic resin sheet, are bonded with a foamed adhesives 9. The adhesive 9 is expanded in the inside of the holes 8 of the porous metal 4, increasing the bonding strength with stuck adhesive around a number of skeleton 7, and the amount of application of the adhesive 9 is reduced and the increase in the mass of the diaphragm is avoided. As the adhesives 9, epoxy, phenol, and acryl adhesives which are excellent in fluidity and adhesivity is selected. |
