<p>PURPOSE:To make the captioned pump smaller in size by connecting a plunger to a pump drive shaft with a shock absorbing mechanism and by adjusting discharge pressures through the arrangement of a shock absorbing force of the shock absorbing mechanism as well as adjusting the discharge volume with the shock absorbing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a discharge stroke of a unit A', with the oscillating motion of a tilted plate 5, a piston 12 pressurizes the oil in a cylinder chamber 11 installed inside a cushion cylinder 7'. The piston operates so that the product between a pressurizing cross sectional area for a plunger 8' and the pressure of a high pressure chamber 20' and the product between the pressurizing cross sectional area for the piston 12' and the cylinder chamber 11', that is, the product of a shock absorbing force set by an oil pressure generating unit may come to balance. When a fixed amount of discharge is produced from a discharge circuit 24, the plunger 8' expels the liquid inside the high pressure chamber 20' through a discharge valve 23' by the amount which is equivalent to the discharge rate. When the amount of movement of the plunger 8' is smaller than the maximum stroke, the piston 12' slides inside said cylinder 7; thereby driving out the oil inside the cylinder chamber 11'.</p> |
