PURPOSE:To obtain a positive electrode which has high weighing precision and provides improved discharge characteristics by supplying a wet positive mixture into a given granulator so as to make a granular positive mixture. CONSTITUTION:A moist positive mixture 6 is put into a granulator having a cylindrical die 1, extruding vanes 2 or bars serving as a blade rotating in th die 1, and supply vanes 3 rotating in the reverse direction to the vanes 2. The mixture 6, while being appropriately dispersed by the vanes 3, is pushed down to ahead the vanes 2, and is extruded by the vanes 2 through the holes of the die 1 outside the die 1 to be formed into a granular positive mixture 6. Of four extruding vanes 2, for example, which are bent into armlike form, the ends of three vanes 2 are provided with spring plates which press the mixture against the die 1, and the other one vane 2 is provided with a scraper which scrapes down the mixture. As a result, a positive electrode which has high weighing preciston and provides good discharge characteristics can be obtained. |
