PURPOSE:To facilitate an insulating work by closing one end of a slot, dropping insulating paint from the other end to temporarily fill the paint in the slot, then exhausting excessive insulating paint, heating and hardening the paint and preventing the adherence of the paint to the outer peripheral surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:A tempoary shaft 1 is mounted on a laminated core 6 having a fully closed slot 3, is vertically placed on an elastic unit 13 in an insulating tank 9, and one end of the slot 3 is closed. Then, insulating paint 16 is dropped from the dropping port 15a in the slot to fill the paint in the slot. After the paint is filled in all the slots 3 while rotating a rotatable base 12 in this step, the core 6 is raised to exhaust excessive paint. Then, the core 6 is heated to harden the paint and a heat resistant insulating layer is formed. Since the paint is not adhered to the outer periphery of the core in this manner, it can eliminate the post-treatment. |
