PURPOSE:To obtain a commutatorless motor apparatus in which the magnetic axis of a field is varied in response to the variation in the coil axis of an operating armature. CONSTITUTION:A direct current obtained from a power source 4 is applied to a direct-axis field coil Fd to excit the coil with the direct current, and a lateral axis field coil F9 to which alternating field current is applied from an alternating field current generating circuit 7 is provided on the lateral axis isolated at 90 deg. of an electric angle from it. Since the operating armature coil axis 31 and the equivalent synthesized field coil axis 32' are always maintained in perpendicular state by varying to follow up the coil axis of the operating armature as shown of the equivalent synthesized field coil axis due to the synthesis of the magnetomotive forces of both the field coils in this manner, the obtained torque can be always maximum and does not contain torque ripple at all. |
