PURPOSE:To largely reduce noise caused by a steel core, by providing notch on one side or both sides of a winding layer of a seamless yoke after winding an electromagnetic steel plate onto a winding mold, and then, by inserting a prescribed number of sheets in turn and aligning them with each other with this as a guide. CONSTITUTION:After winding an electromagnetic steel plate 8 onto a winding mold 9 in such a manner that a seam 10 becomes located on a yoke 11, a notch 16, which is perpendicular to a winding layer passing across a side 14 of the yoke and a coil outside edge 15 on a winding layer surface of seamless side of a yoke 12, is provided on an annealed wrap core 13 by means of a metal saw. And then, the wrap core 13 is disassembled into a bundle 18 consisting of 5-10 pieces of electromagnetic steel plates prepared in advance at the time of formation, and the respective bundles 18 are inserted into windings 17 in turn. At this time, the notch sections 16 are aligned by a jig, etc., and at the time of completion of assembling, the notches 16 are made to become identical with rectilinear notches 16 existing before the assembling, so that an aligned wrap core 19 is prepared. It is possible, by doing so , to make the wrap core become almost identical with the shape of annealing time, to minimize distortion of the electromagnetic steel plate and also to reduce noise largely. |
